So I decided to take on a freelance opportunity alongside my senior thesis. It's about the same amount of work just, you know, more or less doubled. Shockingly it's made me much more productive in doodling, of all things (since I don't pay attention in class a n y m  o   r    e   ... )

Quick confession time: I've been terrified by art lately. It's sounds dumb and incomprehensible when laid out that easily, but whenever I touch pencil to paper these days I get coated with this thick, toxic weight of dread and I'm not sure what to do with it. Maybe it's just an issue with time - I am going to graduate in five months and I have never been more plagued by anxiety in my life. Maybe it's something more shallow, something like self-pity or a loss of focus; I don't know. Hey guys. Don't know whether you noticed or not, but I have not been on the internet as of late. Why? Because I have a job. The same one I had in the summer. Yeah. Factory work. First shift (whhhhhhy). In the cold. Assembling textbooks. Joyous. That and I have been marathoning Supernatural and Trigun and catching up on the Dresden Files. And I'm having a Doctor Who Series 5 marathon with some friends tomorrow. In short, I forget what my computer looks like. And I haven't really been drawing. The scary part is I kind of enjoy not drawing. At the moment, anyway. I think maybe I just needed a break, I don't know. We'll see what happens. I wan
