A new idea I'm working on.... much cuter and eye-catching than type-on-paper-crap. It will be improved.. and then improved again.. and again. Until I find a job.

Your Visual Resume is absolutely brilliant! Seriously, I am cracking up! However, it's better off serving just as a portfolio piece—I know, I'm a total doog for saying that. But, bland resumes, especially for design related jobs, are the safest way to go. It seems odd, but it's true.

Also, I strongly recommend you learn how to use Illustrator.

No offence, but if you want to get hired you'll need to change a few things; I don't think many employers would even take you serisouly right now. For one, you chose a bad username. 'Cunt' is a curseword which means 'vagina' so your username doesn't leave much of a professional attitude, even though you might not have meant it that way.
Secondly, your English isn't quite profound. 'Will art for money' and 'profient' won't help you get a job. Besides, everyone understands you aren't gonna work for free so you might just want to leave the whole message that you'll make art for money.

Please don't take my criticism the wrong way, I'm just giving some tips ;) Good luck on the job hunting!

I second that!
If I was an employer I would've thrown that in to the bin immediately because of CV's text (and because of grammar as paddotk mentioned) and when did the 'bad grammar' became '...catchy!'? Maybe for the 'internets' and 'l337 Sp3ak3rs' but not for employers or serious businesses.
Still I would've kept the resume because of the cute character and pencil art.

although I can't really say the SN "cunt-art" works for job-hunting, the employers won't see that, so bravo!
I'm in school right now, wondering if they'd accept something totally hand-drawn (and nothing else) from me for this portfolio/resume assignment... but I doubt it.

Well done!

Such a great design, it would work wonderfully and stand out as your resume.

Unfortunately, not yet. But it's only V.1, I've still got a while before actively looking for a design job :)

Oh, and I notice you used your real name on it...

Wow, can I use that format for my resume? My old-fashioned one just isn't attracting any attention in this economy - maybe if I showed some leg in a skirt it would work better...

haha, rendered up nicely i think this will go down a treat. i've been in the position myself of having to wade thru 100's of design portfolio's, and anything like this that makes you stand out and memorable is always a bonus. i've been to 3 interviews since moving to melbourne and i was offered all 3 jobs, and they all mentioned the cartoon i used in my CV as funny/memorable, so give this a whirl! it shows your personality, and i always figured that any place that turned me down because they didn't like the cartoon in my CV was probably a place i wouldn't want to work for anyway! good luck with the job hunting!

That's criminally funny. I'd love to know if that worked.
