Drew this during a work lunch break last week. I didn't have an eraser with me (the one on the pencil is a bit naff so I don't use it) so this was initally going to be something I'd finish later, but before long it became another lesson in working around/with errors (instead of my usual practice of erasing and redrawing lines repeatedly until I give up trying to get it perfect).
On the whole, I'm pleased with how this turned out, notably getting her staff to keep to a decent angle. Main gripe would be that her feet were a bit rushed at the end and came out at awkward angles (especially the left foot), and her face isn't quite feminine enough.
Drawn using a 2B mechanical pencil. Approx. 25 minutes taken.
Sweet work. Sometimes those limits we have when it comes to drawing helps us out. Also, if your willing to work without having to erase, you can also get a bit looser in your pencil strokes and then your drawing starts to gain some life and energy.
