Toontober2023 prompts 1 and 2 combined. Looney Tunes and Walter Lantz. Yosemite Sam scene from Who Framed Roger Rabbit, changed to there being a fire hydrant that helped put out Sam's backside, and now Space Mouse is closing the valve. Mustn't waste water.

My printer ran out of black ink so the reference materials I had were just color blobs without lines. Though Space Mouse presented other challenges because I didn't have a pose ref for him in that position, pushing the wrench to close the hydrant's valve. So I tried having his jetpack firing to help a little.
