Milo And Ramrod

For Toontober2021 day 1 prompt, Rubber Hose!

While I've seen a number of old cartoons with the rubber hose use. But I haven't really delved into them, nor tried them much myself. These characters belong to a friend of mine who I've had the honor of not only helping tweak their development, but work on some character designs for in the past. Milo, the young illusionist, and Ramrod, the miniature half-kelpie steed.

I over embellished the size difference between the two, but wasn't sure how to make Ramrod's legs blur and not be so visible as he goes full speed, pursuing whomever the villain happens to be in this case.

I threw in some flying crows for a couple of reasons. 1) I saw some earlier today and wondered how I could use them in a pic for this prompt and 2) I was more confident rubber hosing the one crow's neck than other character appendages. lol

I shared this pic with Milo and Ramrod's creator, and I believe the way she phrased it was, that she SCREAM-LAUGHED when she saw this pic. She thoroughly enjoyed it and gives sharing it her blessing.
