Go Fly A Kite

Decided to take a few minutes from my main project to sketch this light sketch. Then when I had a little time I decided to clean the scan and color it. I feel a little rusty after working on my main project for so long, so I'm not entirely thrilled with this coloration. It just feels a little simpler than i would've liked. Still, the kites turned out very nicely, and I like the angles for the building. This was a nice mini-break from my main project, (the manticore thing.)
Anyway, being March the wind blows perfectly for kite flying. I haven't flown a kite in a number of years, but I love the gusty winds this time of the year. ^_^
