Reedshine reference 2023

Here’s Fridays art post, and yet, I’m still not back into the swing of things, I think summer may have burned me out slightly, but I’m slowly recovering from it and with that comes references again, which are mainly for more my use, but are still very fun to draw

This is my sweet boy Reedshine who is another character I love very much, and I really love his Maple leaf, like calico design. And yes, I am aware this isn’t genetically possible but considering it is a fictional cat, and I don’t have to heart to change him I am keeping it. Reedshine is also the brother of Squirrelflight who I do believe is the last cat reference I did, so I took some inspiration from her design to incorporate into his to ensure that they do look like siblings at the very least.
