Lavender Flower Cake

A glazed cake with bits of lavender flowers on it. I've never eaten lavender before, but I always hear that too much of it can make food "taste soapy" - according to cooking shows, anyway~ Maybe I'd feel more willing to try it if I had a friend with me. ;w;/
