I have some suggestions: a blue-green/turquoise cockatiel called the "Cockateal"! 
(Or one wearing a burglar's mask and called the "Cockasteal" Pls tell me if it's lame)
Or how about a penguin with wings and a wand - the "Fairy Penguin"! (Yes, it's a real thing) Or a penguin made out of macaroni elbows called the "Macaroni Penguin"!
Or how about a snake made out of a feather boa - "boa constrictor"; or maybe a beetle made out of a beet that is a BEETle!
