Poor little frog didn't know what it was getting it's self into. I love how the lily pad it a part of it's body. The background brings a sense of peace to this.

It's cute,
but the quills only spike up like that when the hedgehog is curled into a ball (or partway into a ball)
Also their quills don't come out like that, if they did the hedgehog would be injured.

I think you're thinking of a porcupine?
Their quills stick out all the time and I believe they can be removed, but I'm not entirely sure.

_{anyone is free to comment saying I should've kept my comment to myself. But as someone who owns a hedgehog I see this common idea that hedgehog's quills will stick into you if you touch them, and it kind of sucks seeing it? Hedgehogs do have sharp quills, but when they're standing or walking their quills lay flat and aren't sharp, plus they dont stick into you if you touch them.}
