This weekend was the first neighborhood brocante of the season.

Actually, I think it's two that just happened to be on the same day. We usually go to the one on the Boulevard Richard-Lenoir. The second one ran along the Boulevard Beaumarchais from the que d'Hiver to Place de la Bastille.  All-in-all, a lot of vendors to work through. Sometimes it is more professional vendors and other times it’s just people who have cleaned out their attic and spread stuff on a blanket on the ground. The one on Richard-Lenoir was about a 50/50 mix while the vendors along Beaumarchais seemed to be more professional.

For all the walking and looking I bought only two old photos. But you never know until you go through stacks of postcards, boxes of old photos.

Yeah, this one (or two) was a little bigger than our typical neighborhood brocantes. It's almost too much stuff to sort through. I get impatient. But usually something good turns up.
Welcome back.
