Thanks.
You know, some of us are minimalists. Some of us are maximalists.

Hey since I'm so good with words I'm going with what Helmut said.

I couldn't resist and he is so good with words. Hey what is the review folder?

The review folder is where I put pieces that might go into the next Ten Collage Review feature. They may or may not be the same as my favorites. When I get ten, or maybe 11, I'll put the next feature together. It's kind of liberating because I can showcase the work I like without worrying about all the stuff I used to worry about when I was doing the group.  For example, seeing that some folks are more prolific than others and/or do more consistently good work, there might be some artists who have work in the feature more frequently than others. I used to worry about that with the group but not so much now.

Brillant composition on a surprising format (proportion 1:4 ?); especially I like the reluctant use of color on fine structured somehow floating graphite and how you break homogeneity by black/ grey textures and how you break symmetry by the two colors.

Thank you, sir. I always enjoy and appreciate your comments.
Proportion? The paper is a little more than twice as high as wide. It's stock watercolor paper intended for small landscapes. I just turned it on end.  I think closer to 1: 2.3.

Anyway, a fancy format! Is the painting part of a series or a stand alone work?

I very much apologize that I missed your folder. A great series of graphite paintings. After having had a look into my dictionary I got the label which is for its own somehow philosophical, respect Ken. 234 as well as all the others are great!!!

You're very generous.
I suspect you did not miss the folder. I just made it a day or two ago. Until then, the series were scattered among all the work in the main gallery.

Good job to bring all in one folder. This shows your diversity to elaborate a basic idea!
