Bloody Enchanted - Morgan mare import #4

Bred by two solid colored horses, she came as a suprise. The breeder -not interested in color genetics- was certain that Enchanted mother must have been accidentally sired by one of the neighbours irish cob stallions. And although she found a special place in her heart for the painted filly, she didn't have the economics to keep a crossbred mare at her small studfarm. So she quickly sold her for next to nothing. The new owner was thrilled to own a irish cob x morgan cross. But as Enchanted matured, the new owner became more and more skeptic. The fillys legs grew no feathering, the mane was thin, and her built was too slender to be the result of a draft mix. But worst of all was that she stayed ponysize. She decided to have her DNA tested, and she was indeed nothing but a purebred morgan. With the help from the breeder they got her rightly registered, and the breeder hoped to be able to buy her back at the initial selling cost. But the new owner got plenty of offers from other breeders who could pay more for the purebred pinto morgan, and she was sold over the seas to europe. The new home didn't last for long. They bred her twice, and neither foal was as loudly marked at her.
Due to her spending most of her life moving from one place to another, she is not trained to be ridden or driven. But she is such a sweet and intelligent mare, that it won't take her too long to teach her a thing or two. She was not a planned edition to our stable, but we will train and breed her for the time being. We will not let her go unless we find her a true forever home.
