The Mansion - TG Part 5Lucas looked over and noticed that Madelyn was tired and politely asked Chuck how long it was going to take to get things fixed. Chuck looked over with a sour look on his face until he noticed why Lucas asked the question.
“I’m not really sure… but if you got somewhere you need to be I can offer you a ride home and I can give you a call when it’s fixed.” Chuck said as he popped the hood open.
“You don’t have to do such a thing, I mean we appreciate the offer but I’d rather not bother you with such a task” replied Lucas as he walked over to hold Madelyn close to him.
Chuck just smiled and he knew already that he could respect Lucas as a man. He was the kind of man that would provide for his family first before getting help from other sources but Chuck was also the kind of person who didn’t take no for an answer.
“Really don’t worry about it, now where do you two live at? I’ll let you know sometime tomorrow if
The Mansion - TG Part 2Lucas turned and looked at her without saying a word. Madelyn didn’t know whether to start talking or not but she really didn’t want to wait on him forever. A few minutes passed and Madelyn decided that enough was enough and began telling Lucas everything that had taken place. At least twenty minutes had passed before Madelyn finished her tale and waited for Lucas to speak up and voice his thoughts.
“Gregory wouldn’t do any of this; he has taken care of my family for years. Since I was just an infant, he is the only family I have left in this godforsaken place. How dare you accuse him of such nonsense! I let you stay in my home and you go and make up these... these stories about being a man and then suddenly waking up as a woman.” Lucas said in an angry tone as he looked directly at Madelyn.
“You don’t have to believe me but I told you the truth!” replied Madelyn in the same tone as she got up from her chair with a bit of difficulty.
The Mansion - TG Part 3Madelyn was freaking out inside her head as she couldn’t stop thinking about how weak she felt in the presence of Gregory. Was it because he caught her checking herself out in the mirror again? Or was its something else entirely? She had no idea and that was the biggest thing that worried her, Madelyn was hoping it wasn’t one of those “the longer you stay here the more you will come to accept everything” kind of situations she’s read in countless stories.
She was so caught up in her thoughts she missed the very first step and about fell, luckily for her Lucas happened to be walking that way and quickly grabbed her. Lucas had just gotten out of the shower and had a big white towel wrapped around his waist and the idea to take Madelyn on a tour of the house got him so excited he just had to tell her. Madelyn who had yet to realize what just happened was surprised to be holding onto him tightly.
“I almost fell, didn’t I?” she said not lettin
The Mansion - TG Part 4Despite Madelyn’s protests Lucas kept an arm around her waist as they walked down the stairs that led down to the foyer and refused to stop until they made it to the garage which for whatever reason wasn’t attached the mansion itself. Both walked out the front door because according to Lucas it was much faster than having to go through like three different rooms to get to a side door that was close to the garage.
Madelyn decided against questioning his method to his madness. Lucas continued to lead her over to the garage which actually wasn’t anything spectacular; it looked just like a wooden shack with a garage door attached to the front. Madelyn looked over at him with a questioning gaze and Lucas laughed and responded telling her this is where he liked to tinker on cars and all kinds of things. Lucas let go of her so he could walk ahead and get the garage door open and upon doing so revealed a rusty beaten up car that had to be from the late 80’s.
The Mansion - TG FinaleHe closed the book with a smile, satisfied with what he had accomplished. Gregory turned around slowly as he was a bit woozy, the spell he had casted used up most of his energy and he needed to rest up. He managed a few steps before falling hard on his knees and then flat on his stomach; his vision was blurry which forced him to shut his eyes as he passed out from exhaustion.
Most of the day had passed and Lucas was starting to get a little worried, he hadn’t heard from Gregory at all in that timeframe which was very unusual. He decided to go see if Gregory was in his room and much to his surprise found him lying on the ground unconscious. Lucas yelled for Madelyn to assist him and she came as soon as her pregnant self-allowed her. She immediately helped Lucas pick up Gregory and carry him to the bed without saying a word.
They made sure he looked comfy on his bed and Lucas told Madelyn to stay and watch him while he went and got some medical supplies. She nodded and sat next to
Camera of Change: The Cabin Part 2.5“Okay, you can open your eyes Ash,” he said as soon as they had reached the bed.
Ashlyn opened her eyes and just gasped in shock and awe. The sight of the clothes that were clearly intended for her stopped any words from forming. She found herself tearing up and wrapping her arms around Craig, pulling him into a hug. Craig couldn’t move his arms as they were held tightly against his sides and just accepted the hug while Ashlyn cried into his shirt.
“Umm… Ashlyn you alright? It’s just clothes…” was all he could say as Ashlyn pulled away and tried to contain herself. “I honestly wasn’t expecting it to work and you said you needed clothes that would actually fit you…”
In the midst of Ashlyn’s sobs, she smiled and tried to thank him, but instead she just ended up crying more. It had put Craig in a rather awkward situation. He wasn’t quite sure what to do and he wasn’t at the point where he felt
Camera of Change: The Cabin Part 2“Stupid girly body… can’t even pick up a stupid tote…” she grumbled as she pushed herself off the door, using her butt. She used her big belly as a support for the tote and finally walked out of the bathroom to where Craig still was. Setting the tote down on the table, she walked over to the kitchen to grab a rag and some ice.
“Took you long enough?” Craig said as he had watched Alex struggle with the tote.
If looks could kill, Craig would have been six feet under. “You can fix your own god damn ankle, I don’t have to help you,” Alex said as she set the wash rag down and thought about what she was going to do next. She stared out the kitchen window watching the snow fall.
“Calm down Alex, it was just a joke. I didn’t mean anything behind it.”
“You want me to calm down? You want me, of all the people in this cabin, to calm down? It’s your fault this even happened! Oh hey Alex, wanna spend a w
