1. What are you on dA for?
I joined dA for the opportunity to share my writing. I've since discovered I enjoy seeing other people have success in their writing, as well.
2. Who is your favorite dA member and why?
*TavalyaRa - we are friends outside of dA. She encourages my writing even when it is subpar.
3. Tell us a bit about yourself!
I work as a .Net web/application developer. Aside from writing, my interests include tennis and fantasy RPGs.
4. Why did you join *Critique-It?
Truthfully, I heard of it via a members-only critique writing contest. I wanted to be able to contribute, and so, after researching the club, I joined. In the long term, I hope to learn a thing or two about better identifying the best ways to help someone improve.
5. What's your favorite piece from your gallery? Why do you like it so much?
I'd have to say:
I have had more popular works, but I enjoy rhyming poetry.
6. Do you give critique? Why or why not?
Only when the artist requests it; otherwise, I'll limit myself to highlighting one or two strengths of the writing. I worry that I'll only discourage someone from writing if I'm not careful.
We hope you enjoyed this interview. Please spend a few moments browsing *timeraider gallery!
