I love the broken glass and the flowing, overlapping bandages on her arms.
It's like she's emerging from the blue rose around her dress~

My suggestion for you:
Work on lights and shadows. There are lightened areas where I feel there shouldn't be lights and shadows where I feel there shouldn't be shadows. Try establishing a light source.
Oh and symmetry in the case of the podium and stringed instrument in front of her.
