I hate when a site announces something big around 1st of April and it's just an obvious April Fools prank (because you know it's a tradition and you expect to get memed by ridiculous things). Not just because it's a prank, but because sometimes it's a prank dressed up as a legitimately.
First one I could remember from DA was from 2013, it was just a classic one day function, same for 2014. 2015 and 2016 fell in the "Too good to be true" category and this year's DAOriginals will be the same, unless the staff wants to double bait us. The Biting Pear of 2017 was an event I actually like, because it was so clear this is just for the lulz.
Of course there are more jokes from different sites, but those that stood in my head were when YouTube introduced SnoopaVision for 360 videos that I haven't seen used if they made something like this now, At some point there were Pokemon on Google Maps (before Go was a thing), Pokememes on Cheezburger, when they still were relevant, turned into a page for Beyblade memes.
Now Know Your Lewd... err I meant Know Your Meme pretends making a some sort of time capsule that is the most chaotic gallery bar none.
Now for someting different. I so don't like making comics traditionally, because due to my habit of making small illustrations, the text is going to take a lot of space, but sure the same comic made in mspaint would be done after this very day is done, because I would want to make the face of the boss as close to the picture above.
I need to draw something in full color now
