Bloodruth: ISOM FanArt Contest #2 sub

I know nothing about this character (at this point) because her introduction issue isn't out yet... and I only had about 3 references for the character design, and among those were some inconsistencies in the design. I'm also still not sure if it's Energy, Lightning or Blood that she channels, so I took a few artistic liberties across the board and made a version of the character that I would like while still trying to keep most of the design that I could decipher intact. I haven't drawn much in the last year, but this gave me an objective and a deadline, so it helped get me back into it.
