It was a quiet night in the woods far away from Crown City. No one was around for the night and no one would dare go out tonight…. Such a night like this, you would think nothing interesting would happen. However, in a small but useful mill where it is being used as a Decepticon base. Something was happening there…
Why? Why is this so hard? It shouldn’t be this hard and Nejteri knew this.... But yet… here she was….
In a large room at the base, she was sitting in a makeshift prison cell.... She was chained up with the energon cuffs…. Nej moved her wrists but the cuffs rubbed against them, making her hiss softly. She didn't like it, the uncomfortableness she had with them.
Now you are probably wondering, how did she end up there? What happened to her?
Well, she was betrayed...by her lover….
It all began today, in the afternoon....
Her lover had asked her to come and help out with something, she wasn’t given much detail on what it was. But she shrugged it off and went to meet up with him. She didn't see anything wrong, why question him then. What she didn’t expect was a trap set up by the leader and his pack…
Nej's eyes widened in surprise as she looked around, seeing the wolf-con leader there with the others. She looked for Thunderhoof, but he wasn't there...
"Well, well, well, Thunderhoof was right, she did show up," Steeljaw smirked. He then ordered the others to catch her. Nej growled as she gripped her fists, she then charged at the group.
She did the best she could to fight back and escape. But she then got distracted when she saw him there.... He was hiding behind some trees but she saw his large antlers sticking out from them. She frowned as she tried to run away but was overpowered by the Decepticons, Underbite was able to pin her down. Steeljaw smirked as he went to them Nej struggled as she growled and hissed, but only to get knocked out by Steeljaw. She was down and out cold.
"Well done Thunderhoof, you made yourself useful," Steeljaw said as he turned to him. Thunderhoof was silent as he just nodded, he frowned a bit. The pack dragged her back to the base.
She let her guard down...and this happened…
She trusted him… she gave her heart to him...only to break it in pieces. She tried to look at him, hoping that maybe he would help her.... But nothing happened.... Nej sighed as she looked down to the ground of her cell…How could she trust him…. How could she be fooled?
The love they had blinded her.... She didn't see it.... He didn’t care about her…He was only looking for himself….

As she sat in the cell, someone was peeking from behind the door to the room, he was there…
Thunderhoof was nervous, he was sweating a bit…. how can he face her now… She was a scary bot to deal with, especially when she is angry…. She was like a Tigress… waiting to strike and kill her prey.... Or better yet…her enemy....
What was he going to say to her? What can he say to her? That he lied to her.... That he betrayed her and he felt bad for her.... Yeah, sure.... she wouldn't believe him, she would rather rip his helm off. It didn’t matter...he had to face her sooner or later…
He took a deep breath and opened the door. Thunderhoof walked slowly as he went to where Nej’s cell was, he was cautious when he went there. He then went by the bars of her cell. Nej heard Thunderhoof’s heavy footsteps, she knew it was him… she lifted her head up as she turned to him. Thunderhoof felt her eyes locked on him... they were full of rage and sadness…
I feel the anger cutting slowly through my heart

“Um...hey there…,” Thunderhoof started as he looked down, he couldn’t make eye contact with her. How can he? Nej was silent, she didn’t say a word...only looked at Thunderhoof…. This made him nervous...

“Um...how yous doing? Yous feeling okay?,” Thunderhoof asked nervously.
“...,” Nej said nothing as she stared at him, it was dead silence between the two.
Thunderhoof felt the guilt crawl up to his spark...he didn’t like how Nej was this quiet and staring at him, like a predator ready to kill its prey....
“...What’s wrong?,” he asked softly.
“What’s wrong...WHAT’S WRONG!?,” Nej hissed as her stare quickly changed to a glare, causing Thunderhoof’s optics to widen as he looked at her.
“What do you think is wrong!? You lied to me!,” Nej screamed as she got up and headed to the bars, she banged on the bars with her hands. Thunderhoof yelped as he moved back a bit from the bars of her cell. Yup, he was spooked by her.... But he was too slow to escape the Tigress's wrath and he was grabbed by the antlers. He was pulled into the bars, hitting them and causing a bang sound. He was hit hard on the bars as he groaned and hissed in pain.
“Babe...listen I-,” he said. But he was interrupted by Nej's growl.
“Don’t call me that!,” she hissed. “I can’t believe I trusted a mech like you! How could you do this to me!?
Thunderhoof frowned as he looked at her…. She was enraged and in pain, Thunderhoof didn't like seeing his lover like this. He shouldn't of done what he had done to her.... He wished that things could go back to the way they were.... Before this all happened....

“Nejteri...I know yous don’t want to listen to me but please…,” Thunderhoof said as he looked at her eyes. “I didn’t mean it...yous gotta believe…,” he said.
“How can I?!,” she asked, glaring at him. Nej gripped hard on his antlers, Thunderhoof hissed softly in pain, she wasn't letting him go, not till she got an answer.
“I didn’t mean to hurt yous...not like this…,” Thunderhoof said. “I...I’m so sorry…,” he said softly, he groaned a bit due to her grip on his antlers.

Nej then stared at him, she was dumbfounded by his answer. This was something she didn't expect from him.... “You’re sorry…? Why are you apologizing?,” she asked, still holding onto his antlers.

“Because what I did was wrong, it was wrong of what I did to yous...,” he said as he looked down again. "It should of never happened..."

Nej huffed softly as she let Thunderhoof go, he landed on the ground. He groaned as he rubbed his antlers.
“Yous still got that strong grip…,” he said, fixing his helm and antlers, he got up again.
“Yeah, I still do…,” she said, huffing a bit but her glare changed to a soft expression on her face as she looked at Thunderhoof. However, that didn't change much for her, she was still mad at him.

“Nej...I didn’t mean to betray you like that...I didn’t know what I was thinking…,” he said.
“So what? You let that silver-tongued wolf get to you? You let him walk over you?,” Nej growled softly. “What were you thinking?,” she asked.
Thunderhoof sighed sadly, now he went silent, which made Nej look confused. He didn't know what to say to her, would she even believe his words or think they're more lies.... His spark was pounding....

“I..I don’t know...I…,” Thunderhoof said, he didn't look up to see Nej's face.
Nej frowned, “Well, something was going on in that thick helm of yours today,” she said.
Thunderhoof remained silent.... Should he tell her? He didn't want to be pitied by her but he couldn't take it, he felt his spark pounding a lot and it was hurting his chest.
Thunderhoof sighed sadly, “I...I just wanted to go home…,” he said, admitting to her.
Nej blinked in confusion, “You want to go home?,” she asked. “Why?"
“Because...Because I miss it...because I don’t want to be here,” he said gripping his servos on his sides, he clenched his teeth, huffing softly.
Ever since he got on this waste of a planet, he had wanted to go back to Cybertron. He tried everything he could to get off this planet but failed terribly. Thunderhoof hated this, he wanted to get away from this planet and Steeljaw.
“I hate this planet...I hate Steeljaw...I hate-”
“Me?,” Nej asked, looking at him. Thunderhoof lifted his helm up to her, looking at her in shock.

“N-No...I don’t hate you…,” he said. He could never hate Nejteri, sure the two would fight with each other like fools, but never, never in his life he would hate her. Even when he stucks on this planet, even when he is dealing with the dam wolf-con of a leader he has, even when he met her for the first time, even though they did fight, still, she meant a lot to him....
“Then why did you follow Steeljaw? You could have left him, you could have asked for help,” she said. “You could have come to me… do you not want my help?” Nej frowned a bit.
“I-I didn’t want to look weak to yous…,” he said as some tears began to form on his optics. Thunderhoof huffed again, he couldn't cry... not now...not in front of her....
Nej sighed, “Thunderhoof…,” she said. “You didn’t have to hide this...you know I wouldn’t think of you differently...but following orders from someone who doesn’t care won’t help you…,” she said.

“I know…,” he said, wiping his small tears. “Frag...I cry like a sparkling…,” he said. Then, he felt something on his big servos, he blinked as he looked down to see Nejteri’s hands on his servos, he blushed softly.
“Yeah...but the emotions can get the best of us…,” Nej said. Her warm hands felt good to Thunderhoof’s cold servos. “Thunderhoof...you can leave Steeljaw and the pack…,” she said.

“Why? You don’t have to be here...you can leave and come with me,” Nej said, frowning a bit.
“But what about Steeljaw? He’ll come after me and yous...I don’t want to put yous in danger…,” he said.
Nej frowned, this could happen. Steeljaw and his pack would go after them and Bee’s team. He won’t stop till he gets what he wants. But Nej shook her head as she made a serious look on her face.
“Nej?,” Thunderhoof asked, he saw her serious expression, wondering what she was thinking about.

Thunderhoof looked to Nej, he had a lot to decide on.... Could this work out for them?…. Could they be together? He could be with her.... Thunderhoof could be himself with her.... He could live a life with her.... This was like a dream for him… and he could make it happen…

“Thunderhoof?,” Nej asked, Thunderhoof blinked, causing him to come back to reality.
“Nej...I...I want to come with yous...but…,” he said as he gently touched her cheek, Nej blinked in confusion.
“You need to be free...not be trapped here…,” he continued. He looked at the lock, he used his servos to open it. Thunderhoof stepped inside the cell and went to free Nejteri from the bounds.
Nej looked surprised and shocked, “Thunderhoof, what are you doing?,” she asked, watching him.
“Doing what I should have done when yous came here… letting yous go…,” he said.

He took off the cuffs, they fell to the ground, Nej rubbed her wrists as she looked at him. “You don’t have to do this...Thunderhoof please…,” Nej pleaded. She didn't want to leave him here, not with Cons who could hurt him for what he has done.

“Go...I’ll be okay...just go and protect those Autobot dorks…,” he said chuckling softly.
Nej looked down, tears formed on her eyes but she quickly wiped them off of her face. She couldn't cry in front of him.... Nej wanted to stay with him but she growled softly in sadness, he was giving her a chance.... She couldn't waste this chance.... She began to walk out of the cell, she would have to make a quick run to leave the base, good thing everyone is asleep.
But before she could leave, Thunderhoof took her arm, Nej stopped as she felt his servo.
“Nej…,” Thunderhoof spoke.
“Yeah?,” she asked as she turned to him.
Thunderhoof opened his mouth but closed it as he shook his helm, “Nevermind, yous better get going...,” he said as he lets her go.
Nej frowned a bit as she turned and made a quick run, leaving the room and escaping the base. She vanished into the woods... into the darkness of the night....

Thunderhoof looked down as he headed to his room to sleep, tomorrow was going to be a crazy day for him.... Had to come with an excuse of how Nej got out of the cell to Steeljaw. He'll be chewed out by the wolf-con but better that than Nej getting hurt. He sighed softly, he wanted to tell her.... He wanted to let her know how he felt with her...but he couldn’t...he wasn’t ready...yet…. But maybe....someday.... he'll tell her....
