Finally, figured out to Texture paint.... was so easy...with a little paint and a tiny bit of sculpting... took maybe an hour to do this... found out you can paint right on the model now and not just the UV map.. guess this was possible for a few  years now... who knew? Thank You Jesus I got sidetracked with the armature mess on my Susu character... Plus Andy wanted to learn how to do video masking... learned so much this last month.. almost ready to do the strip... or animation of Sput... and ten I can do some painting in real life... with actual paint...
