TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and understood the following conditions and rules;

-Do NOT send any payment before I tell you to

Revisions:

-2 major revisions (before lineart) and 3 minor revisions are allowed per piece!

Payment:

50% of the price must be paid before hand, and the rest 50% when the piece is finished. This is to protect myself from scammers.

I.e. If a piece costs 10 euros, you must send 5 euros before I start, and the other 5 euros after I am finished.

Payment will go through PayPal or Artistree!

I WILL NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES

NO CHARGE-BACKS ALLOWED if I finish the piece

Watermark:

Even finished commissions WILL have my watermark, and you are not allowed to remove it.

Communication:

If you ghost me for a week (without a reason), I will consider the commission canceled.

How long it takes me to finish the piece:

It can take me up to 3 weeks to finish your piece. If I have NOT finished it by that time, you will get a full refund.

NOTE: If you ignore me, meaning I can't work on the commission, previous does NOT apply.

Illustration rights:

I have the right to use this piece for my portfolio, and my samples.

I also own the rights to the piece. It is made by me, do not claim it as your own.

I don't have the right to make sell your commission elsewhere!

NO AI TRAINING, RESELLING, RELICENSING OR NFT USAGE IS ALLOWED!

No altering or repurposing of the illustration is allowed without my consent

Credit:

I must always be credited for the piece when used.

Complexity fees:

All prices are subject to complexity fees.

Customs and adopts:

If you buy an adopt/custom, you are not allowed to sell it for more than you bought it for, unless you have added art to it.

I.e. If you buy a custom/adopt for 5 euros, you CANNOT sell it for more, unless you have added art to it.

Cancelling an order:

I have the right to cancel any commission without refund made in the event of violation to my terms of service.

BY ORDERING ANY NSFW/18+ ART YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER.

IMAGE COPYRIGHT:

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.

The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.

All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purposes only.

Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services, or social media pages is prohibited. Ask me before commissioning, if you have any questions.

Conditions for Reposting

The client has permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given, and the piece remains unaltered.

Prohibited Actions

Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.

Claiming the artwork as your own.

Tracing or repurposing parts of the piece.

If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me and reported.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

I ONLY accept PayPal. That means NO DeviantArt points.

The payments are in EUROS. PayPal will convert your currency into mine, so don't worry about that.

50% of the payment must be paid after the sketch is done. ONLY then will I finish the piece. The other 50% comes after I've finished the piece.

You are expected to pay in 48 hours after me showing the sketch/finished piece.

Non-payment within 48 hours will result in the commission being canceled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be re-purposed as a YCH.

It is the commissioner's responsibility to tell me when the payment has been sent.

Just take a screenshot that the payment has been sent on PayPal.

Refund Policy

If the commission is canceled (by me or the client) before work has been finished, then the client will receive a refund.

If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:

• Sketch: 90%

• Line: 50%

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

If I, the artist, cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.

Visual Reference Guidelines:

Note: These aren't for the customs.

If you do link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy.

Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character.

Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this.

The client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.

WILL DRAW:

-Horses [MLP stylised]

-Deer/other animals with similar bodies

-NSFW [Nudity, sexual themes, slight gore]

-Humanoids

-Gems [Steven Universe]

-Fetish art [Depending, ask me! Open for most!!]

-Screenshot edits [SU, MLP, etc..]

WON'T DRAW:

-Anything with paws

-Lolis or anything else underaged in suggestive content.

-Mecha/robots

-Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia.

-Diaper kink, scat, vore, ageplay, necrophilia, fisting...

You MUST be over the age of 18 to commission adult content.

WORKFLOW PROCESS

I work best when given some artistic freedom

I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation. I WON'T copy someone else's style for you.

Estimated date to completion

Depending on what the commissioner has ordered, it'll take me 2 days to 4 weeks.

If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 30 days of order, I will issue a full refund.

Works in Progress

If the commissioner wishes to receive WIPS, they must tell me so.

Most pieces will be posted to Instagram, (CranberryCakeArt) DeviantArt, (you're here!) and Twitter (CranberryCake69)

No lewd/NSFW pieces will be posted on Instagram! They'll be posted here, on DeviantArt, or on Twitter!

If you do not want me to post your commission online, you MUST tell me when you order.
