The one who's really helping me through is Anger. He's the one who holds all my passion and determination, whereas Joy comes in with limited encouragement. She learned well that it's crucial not to get over excited over things or set expectations.
When dealing with stress, we all react to it differently. Some of us, not so well, while other handle it like a task. Anyway, I'm rambling. ;w;
