The front view of the Steampunk Coffee Shop. Scratch built, except for the balcony rails, which are laser cut.
The idea for the coffee shop really started with the windows, and that feature pretty much guided the overall design of the building. The windows had to be big and inviting, and allow viewing of all the fun stuff going on inside. I also really wanted to have a balcony and a rooftop chill area, so I created the v.i.p. lounge, a place where folks can relax and have deep philosophical discussions about life, the universe, and everything.

That looks amazing! It's a shame the "algorithm" only showed me this now. I adore the Art Deco-esque flourishes. With windows like that, it totally makes sense for the design to essentially work around them.
