A regular on scifi-meshes and lwg3d (now foundation3d.com). Probably one of the oldest members on either site to not have a large publically released portfolio. You folks may know me as "Nadesico" over there.
I like Science Fiction in general (Except Babylon 5... I HATE that show, so boring!), I like making movies, specifically for the post-production work involved. Special Effects are awesome.
I've created a DA page to post my CG wips as I make em, but it's taken me 4 years to show any work to the public.

Well, I've been on DA for 4 years but never posted anything until today.
Anyway, moving on. I'm in the process of teaching myself Maya instead of using lightwave which is severly lacking these days in the 3D graphics realm. I'm a hobbyist modeller, so not a professional one and am teaching myself the ropes as I go using tutorials and whatnot.
As you can see from my submissions, I've posted some low quality shots of various corridor pieces from Star Trek: The Next Generation. My goal is to completely build the entirety of the Stage 9 set for Star Trek TNG as it stood during the 7 years it was being filmed. For those of you who are interested
