A nice day at Cape Kiwanda led to a very pleasant sunset. The first time I've really been able to use my Lee setup to an effective degree.

You told me that you used Photomatix in another image. I have downloaded a free trial version and I am practicing with it... Anyway, I have to practice with photoshop too...
Your images deserve to stop and look. Thanks for taking this beautiful images to the ones who cannot go there and see by themselves !

Weird, I can't say that sounds familiar -- I honestly hate Photomatix. I think the results it produces are generally too "surrealistic" and or "kitschy." I played with it about five years ago, when I was new to photography, but haven't touched it since.
What image did I say this about? Generally, I tell people to steer clear of Photomatix, and invest in graduated neutral density filters and shoot in RAW, instead.
Thanks for your incredibly kind comments.

I must beg your pardon... maybe is my mistake and was another deviant who told me about the post edition with Photomatix... I have to agree with you, the outcome is ... not so natural.
My camera (even is not ... let´s say) so good, can shoot & keep in RAW format, but I have troubles for keeping in JPEG format later... Can you recommend to me any freeware for that ?
Thank you again for your kind suggestions.
