Trying to register myself for one class in this four month period. So really, my time wouldn't be so hectic if I could just go ahead and get the dang thing registered, but the system is proving a hassle.
I'm assuming you have a full-length semester? If so, keep strong.
Overheard a conversation yesterday between a 19 year old and her 12 year old sister, basically saying that the younger sister can draw whenever she wants, but once you're a grownup and have to live on your own, you need to work, and while you work you can't draw whenever you want. I heard the disappointment in both their voices. Life is not always fun.
This is why you have, have to, are compelled to follow your passion in life, and see past the responsibilities that keep you from doing what you love. It starts small, early on with chores your parents make you do. Then school. Then your first (crappy) job. The responsibilities pile up, your free time shrinks to almost nothing.
And then you have to show what you're made of. Are you a weakling, breaking down when things go from bad to worse, or do you withstand the garbage thrown at you, and keep a little spot that's yours, clean and sacred, that is your passion, whatever that may be? Are you a mindless drone, or are you (temporarily) a marionette made to life by a heart felled wish to show the better you, the person you would like to become? Pinocchio had struggles, but in the end, he became a real life boy, because he kept trying and was rewarded in the end.
Just stick to it, and you'll do fine.
Good luck enduring the hardships of the first day at school after a recess.
