Hephaestus by Cosmic-Cuttlefish Hephaestus by Cosmic-Cuttlefish
In ancient Greek myth, Hephaestus (or Vulcan, in Roman myth) was the god of the forge, who smithed the arms and armour of the gods. This fractal is inspired by his volcanic forge, which the Romans believed to be located under Mount Etna.

Made with Apophysis 7X.

Thanks Lea! This was one of many half-finished fractals I've been trying to finish off lately.
