It looks just like a meteor shower. Along with some Minior (The meteor pokemon) to go with it.


Also, if Cosmic was a new Pokemon type, I think we would have a few chunks of Cosmic type attacks with the name Power in it that are Cosmic type moves.

Not to mention, all the colors of the rainbow are in those stars too.
