So, I've been going through exams for three weeks. This week is lab midterms and exam room performance.
Guess who got the flu? This girl.
Guess who's college sends students into quarantine rooms or back to their home until they're flu-free for 24 hours? Yup. Mine.
I have two options.
Option 1: Go home and sleep all day but not be able to make up exam room or two quizzes and the midterms I have this week. (I think I'd be able to make up my lab midterms but I doubt it considering the anatomy one requires the use of prepared specimens.)
Option 2: Pretend I'm not sick and that I don't want to throw up/cry from the muscle aches and attend classes
Imagine going to college to study animals. To be more specific, imagine going to college to be a veterinarian. Now, imagine having no contact with animals while you're in your studies except for two hours a week. In these two hours, the dog or cat you have contact with is sedated. It doesn't respond to you, you can't play with it, you can't talk to it because the other students are trying to listen to its heart or lungs or the professor is talking. It drives you kind of mad.
