Terms and Services/Conditions
✪Payments will be made through Paypal and must be done before the commission is started. The turnaround can be from 1 week to a month (Life can happen. If it does I will make sure to inform the other party.)
✪All rights to the process images and artwork (but not of the subject) belong to me.
✪I reserve the right to create merchandise from commissioned art. This may or may not include prints, postcards, buttons, charms, eg. (This does not apply to OC art or character designs made for the commissioner!)
✪Re-uploading a commissioned piece is allowed as long as visible credit is given and the artist’s social media (aka mine) is linked back.
✪All commissions are strictly for personal use only.
✪Re-printing for mass profit/reselling purposes is not allowed BUT the commissioner is allowed to reprint for PERSONAL USE.
✪I have the right to decline a commission if I feel unable to do it or am uncomfortable with it.
