Carved Stone Spiraling Horror

A small soapstone carving for practice with depth and weaving shapes. Eyes and wormy tentacles are some of my favorite things to carve.
I wanted to try something like that but in the form of a spiral-arm galaxy. A little different that what was envisioned but I still want to mold it. It's about 1 3/4" by 1 1/2" and 1/4" thick.
