:ninja: . . . . . :ahoy:
Tsk... Will they never learn to get along?

There was a lot of trial and error with this one, and I never really knew what to do next. So it was a lot of experimenting =p
Hope you like it ^^

( You might need to look at one emote at a time to see everything :giggle: )

I really love this piece. The detail is excellent , especially for the expressions made on the emoticons and as well as the design of the powers that they are figthing with. the animation is wonderfuly draw, and the moves they make are flawless and detailed, I didnt find any errors within the animation. I really like the shading done on this, because it gives you a sense of where they are in the light and which direction they are in. I dont have any complaints except to maybe make it a little bigger so the animation stands out a little more, but other than that I really like this animation and look forward to seeing another.

This is a truly amazing animation I must say the motion is terrific. I really love the idea and this has probably taken a long time to make.

I can really not do this and I challenge anyone to. The emoticons actually really look like a ninja and a pirate because of their colors. I congratulate you! You even made a slow motion effect when the pirate jumps high to attack the ninja

Haha these guys will fight all day~ The shading on the emotes is really great. I love the way the ninja fades in and out. I can't find anything negative in this. You must be a very patient person.

The very first favorite I ever made on deviantART. This piece is original, entertaining, flows fantastically from frame to frame and looks simple but well designed.

This image is very much the first of its kind that I ever saw. And the whole ninja vs pirate concept is entertaining and compelling. You find yourself staring at this picture for hours, wondering if one will ever win.

I have seen very similar pieces, but never any that have been made as well as this, and none anywhere near as entertaining.

Overall this is a very good piece and is animated very nicely.

I've planned fighting scenes in my head before, and the flow in this is amazing, it showed how well it was well thought out.

Pirates and ninjas are often seen fighting, but I have never seen a fight like this. Sometimes, you just have to go with it, originality is important, but it's more than that, give some, take some.

An amazing job! When the ninja fazes in and out, the movements, it's all so smooth!

At first glance it had me. I like allot of pieces, but there are only a few that really burst out at me like this.

Vision: The way you used the pixel and art are AMAZING! You litteraly wowed me with your skill. The movement is also flawless

Originality: It's not the first Ninja vs Pirate I've seen but it's the best there is. The original thing about it is how you put it together. The fight technique is really good.

Technique: There's no doubt about it, you're technique in this was more than awesome it was completely flawless. The use of pixel and frames was too amazing to miss, 5 stars.

Impact: THe impact was amazing I didn't expect something so good! Well done!

This animation must've took work. It should be a emoticon. It takes impact, even though it takes repeating, it looks like they're repeatedly losing weapons and getting them back. This is a wonderful emoticon that I would often use if their was a situation to do so... You can see it quite clearly, and I adore the fact that it has action to it. It's very original because one does not simply have random ideas to make pirate/ninja emotes about battles, but it has value itself. I love the slow-motion part because it add creativiy to show what an impact it makes. I love the technique because it's smoothe and flawless. It shows what a good emoticon maker you are with attributes like these. By seeing what you have made here, I would like to further delve into your other works.

Vision: I just love this animation! I love the way how everything is always moving, but at a pace that I can keep track of it. The details in this are amazing. The way things hit the ground and each pixel goes off in its own direction, the way the ninja jumps around with its pixels fading, everything.

Originality: This isn't exactly the first ninja/pirate fight on dA, but it is my favorite. The way you used emoticons was clever, and this fight had me grinning from ear to ear.

Technique: The animation is very smooth, which is a quality I really enjoy. Some people try to add too much detail in their animations, which either makes it look so detailed you can't seperate foreground from background, or they get tired of adding detail and it gets messy. This is perfect. It's even in GIF format, so I can see the pixel details clearly!

Impact: This is an animation of a ninja battling a pirate. It's not really something that leaves a huge emotional impact on me, but it certainly made my smile and laugh.

Aha! Well, being a Ninja supporter myself, I can't help but love a little Shinobi action, although the Pirate makes a convincing case as well!

On a more serious note, the animation, being `CookiemagiK is brilliantly smooth, and there's so much going on, you can't help but watch at least twice - never a bad thing in my opinion.

Usually at this point, I try and find something constructive to say, but this seems pretty much faultless! Keep up the great stuff!

So, all-in-all, probably one of the better emote fight scenes. Oh - and a little Matrix touch never hurt either!

I'm highly impressed with this work of yours! Its not very often you get to see such an impressive animation as this! Especially one composed of such complexity!

The first thing I noticed, is obviously, the complex number of movements happening all at the same time! I'm having trouble telling whats going on at times!

The second thing I noticed was the phasing in and out movements and the clones. Very nice touch! Very fitting!

The third thing I noticed was the matrix style hook swing at the end of the animation! Very nice way to swing into an endless cycle of a battle! I do hope to see more impresive animations like this in the future!

AAAH! The ever classic scenario: "Which is Better? Pirates or Ninja's?" This emoticon very impressively portrays fairly equal opponents wich each opponent in a very mangaesque manner to get the better but still being on an even ground.

The animation itself is exceptionally slick & well planned out & a lot of the impact effects (especially with the Pirate slamming his hook into the floor & the trail blast he does later) is also very well done

However; I feel a diversity of weapons use from both Pirate & Ninja would make for an interesting & most appealing display of these eternal rivals skills.

Possibly a few more characters to get involved would also make for really appealing eye-candy. Well done nonetheless
