This is my own Skyscraper it was inspired by some game concept and i wanted to create my own. This will involve a central area where a player can walk around and explore it will be a small are but detailed in props and poly count.
I will be also designing and creating the front and the side of the skyscraper. I want to move this into unity and explore in first person to show scale and detail of the level.
This will be a long term project and i expect it will be continuously updated and changed over time with other modules i create over time. I will also be looking at texturing and adding basic and advanced textures, this is to help me on my architecture skills and to create a high poly level.
I am working on this while i wait for my renders to work over the nights and to keep my skills up, i wont be showing screenshots of this but finished renders and completed screenshots due to showing the stages of this design would last till the end of time.
I have added a reflective texture to my design, I have shown this before but in short its a texture that shows surrounding objects. It looks really good in level when its put on a single object surrounded by other assets or objects. But this takes so long to render, to show how long it takes this render took full day and half so other designs with complex and dozens of assets take full weekends. I do think its worth it once i develop my texturing skills i be able to make my work 100 times better.
