Okay, so, I guess I could say I made this account for a few reasons. I like to save my stuff, for posterity, in a place where people might see it, and i have the chance to get some feedback on my art. However, once I'd been online for a long enough time I started to get more and more curious about just how exactly my pageviews are going, how many watchers do I have? Do people like my dA page? And I tell myself "but Connor, you joined this site to get to know people. Your page says 'I don't care about pageviews!' ". . . So I guess, perhaps, part of the reason I've had an art block lately could be that I crave that feedback, acknowledgement of

Sometimes, it feels harder to do artwork when you're looking at all these artists that are a billion times more experienced than you. And they're so humble about it. But I know other people get that feeling sometimes. Somehow I need to get myself to just quit certain habits. Maybe if that's what it takes I'll just go cold-turkey on all the Team Fortress and Youtubes and Social-Networks and Never-Ending Puzzle Games. Maybe I shouldn't write journal entries at 2 in the AM. What do you guys think?
