Like Mighty Mega, She also comes from the planet Atlas (Atlasian). Her real name is Victoria Vortex. When she was a teenager, she was an Atlasian military officer who served under Victor Vortex, who the general of Atlas's military and also her father. Victor attempted to arrogantly overthrow the High Council of Atlas with force and demanded to calm himself as "supreme ruler of Atlas" but he was defined by High Council's most loyal followers, Markus Mamotuh (Mighty Mega's father). Outraged, he cut off all ties with the council wherein the process he formed his own rebellion he named "Federation of Atlas Separatist'" and began the "Atlasian Civil War". After a few years, Markus Mamotuh captures Victor Vortex, including his daughter, ended the war. At their court martials, Victor was sentenced to life in the chaos dimension called Inferno Zone. Victoria was sentenced to twenty years in the Inferno Zone, her lesser sentence being chalked up to fallen under Victor's influence. As they trapped in the Inferno Zone, Victor has fallen ill and grown weak. With no medical care, he died. Victoria was devastated. She swore revenge on the of the bloodline of the Mamotuh and her instead to wipe them all out. Several years later, Behema founded Victoria, as she gifted her a weapon. A blue katana sword called D-Saber. Behema chooses her as high general of her Supreme Zealot Army of the Leviathan Empire. She accepted the offer, and escaped from the Inferno Zone, together. But what Behema doesn't know that Vortex is secretly plotting against her to usurp Behema's leadership of the Leviathan Empire.
General Vortex's D-Saber can supposedly cut through anything, even dimensions, which emphasizes teleportation, lightning quick movements, and even quicker slashes straight from the sheath. This technique is directly influenced by Iaijutsu, the real-life Japanese art of the quick draw. Her sword can open portals to any destination that she needs to go. She has power to flight, but not as fast as Mighty Mega's. With the D-Saber she can transform into a powerful blue dragon to even the odds. Her only weakness is Astraphobia: the fear of storms.
