I remember playing this game years ago and it was very old. The game's name was Mewsim: Pet Cat which is a virtual cat simulator game where you customize, take care, and look after the cat. The creators behind the game (aka Dynamic Pixels) also made the popular Hello Neighbor. BTW, the game's origin is from Russia. Is it me or the cat looks straight out of Smeshariki/Kikoriki hence the characters from Kikoriki and Mewsim both have round body designs, and the cat is also looking' like a Cut the Rope character– all three are of Russian origin –and Garfield. (What about Gatturo aka Spanish Garfield?)
