I forget, did you say if Julia uses make-up made for not coming off in water or does it always come off when she's submerged and she needs to re-apply it?

Nice job coloring her lips and adding the eyelashes, but for any future drawings you might make of her, I'd suggest playing with her eye shape more so that she better pursues the glamorous look she's aiming for rather than playing into Gyarados stereotypes of being scary (although, is it really a stereotype if all Gyarados are scary, even when they have more to them than that?).
