Cindy and Breyann, with a mix of wariness and respect, recount their experiences with Mama Mojo's unique brand of magic. "Mama Mojo might not hurl fireballs or summon storms," Cindy admits, "but her hexes are a different kind of nightmare. I mean, she got me good right after she was captured." She chuckles, recalling the incident with a shake of her head. "I woke up the next day with my hair turned bright pink. And it wasn't just any pink—neon, glowing-in-the-dark kind of pink. Took weeks before I could get it back to normal. I had to wear a hat on missions to avoid being spotted a mile away."

The other henchgirls weren't so lucky, suffering from a string of mishaps that seemed too pointed to be mere coincidence. "Some found themselves tripping over nothing, others had their tech malfunction at the worst possible times, and one poor soul even managed to lock herself in her own cell," Breyann adds, her tone a mix of amusement and caution. "Mama Mojo's hexes have a way of finding your weakest spot and exploiting it mercilessly."

Given the unpredictable nature of her powers, the decision to keep Mama Mojo restrained and gagged, except during meals, was unanimous. Her ability to cast a hex with just a few muttered words made her too dangerous to allow even the smallest opportunity for spellcasting.

The most chilling tale, however, is the hex she cast upon her capture—a curse laid upon anyone who might bring about her demise. "She's made it clear," Cindy says, a hint of unease in her voice, "that killing her would bring a curse so severe, it's not worth the risk. It's why she's been kept alive, despite everything. No one's willing to test whether it's just a bluff."
