It's been a little while since I felt cause to write another artist journal, but recent events inspired me to make one about the nonsense that artist worry about and my concerns over their inability to think for them self.
it's making them feel like their skill or achievements are inadequate by comparing themselves with others and occasionally, with false information. Inform yourself and do some research and make the worries stop! Allowing yourself to focus on training your skills and become a better artist.
It all started with a little joke on a Facebook group called: Level up! A place where many artists post their work in request for feedback. They posts are often tagged with nonsensical information.
The joke was that I posted a new artwork with the added info: I am 14 years old, first digital painting, done in 32 minutes. No Ref, mouse only. compliments please.
