I am here to announce some exciting new additions to the Anthro Gallery! A few months back I had been conversing with the Anthro Community about some potential additions to the gallery. There was such a great response from everyone in respects to changes they would like to see and I am proud to bring them to you!
I've been collaborating with lovley and wonderful moonbeam13 about them and presented to her my suggestions and she made it possible!
So without further adue... I am very ecstatic to announce to you we have some brand new categories for the Anthro Community and they are now added and live! They are as follows:
Artisan Crafts
Anthro - Anthro involves combining human motivation, characteristics, or behavior with inanimate objects, animals, plants, or natural phenomena. (Animals or Objects that act or resemble Human nature in some way).
Costumes - Finished tangible costumes created to represent or portray a character such as an animal (including full or partial 'fur suits') or an object. Used for either personal use or cosplay. Masks - Finished masks created specifically for Anthro related costumes or 'fur suits'. Made from any material. Props & Accessories - Items that are not attached directly to the finished costume but worn to accessorize. This includes props, accessories and anything that is intended to represent individually from the finished piece. This could be swords, glasses, clothing, jewelery etc. Clothing - Finished articles of clothing that may represent an animal or an object. Such as hoodies or jackets modified to look or portray that particular animal or object. This includes sweaters, scarves, gloves and anything modified or made from normal clothing wear that represents Anthro related themes or ideas. So.. Why the Additions?
Glad you asked! It was brought to my attention along with my observations that there wasn't any real place to put Anthro related Artisan Crafts such as Anthro costumes, "Fur suits", gloves, hoodies and other various articles of clothing and/or props that where Anthro related. Deviants found it a little difficult and cumbersome to try and figure out just where to put them or even find them. So now all the above have a home and allow users to submit to related categories for others to navigate to more efficiently and quickly! Enjoy and keep on creating!I have a Suggestion For Anthro!
