I actually had my baby last year (in April!) and it's quite an adjustment period for my little family. Now though that he's older I have a pretty good schedule down and I can start to incorporate some 'me time' which will include more painting and drawing.
I have been studying still when I have the time (I even taught a portrait drawing class) and I've even started painting traditionally again. Also, my tablet has gone wonky since I updated my Mac OS (Yosemite) and I haven't had the time to really delve and fix it. I hope that can be resolved soon as well because I miss painting digitally.

That doesn't seem to be right to hear that your tablet isn't working correctly as it should. I sure hope that you have the time to fix the problem. 
Thank you, I hope I can too. It's why I'm always hesitant to update my computer to the latest OS because of bugs. It's a common problem apparently for Mac users with Wacom tablets (and mine is the Intuos4 Medium) when they use the new OS. Ugh, frustrating.
