That particular B-25 was part of the lend/lease to Russia, apparently. And has some nose art "Russian to get ya!".

Do you happen to know who owns it?  I know that Paul Allen has been importing and restoring combat-veteran warbirds from all over the world, including the former Soviet states.

It's not Paul Allen. (His collection is up near where I work, as is another, but I haven't gone to see them yet). I think it belongs to one of the guys associated with the race itself.

Years ago my family visited Paul Allen's Flying Heritage Museum.  I'd love to see it again, as he's acquired more aircraft since then.  I highly recommend it.  One of the features is that they hire former WWII vets to wander around and engage with the visitors, telling them about their experiences in these aircraft, and answer questions. Amazing stuff.

Wish they had more plastic scale models in their gift shop, though.  Those were the days!
