Urm, just as a small note to you, you may want to look up fair use, as I'm pretty sure some of these things would be covered under it and people would have the right (unless where you are has amazingly different laws). Just so you can avoid negative issues when dealing with situations if they occur...

Ah, yep, France does have rather constricting rules regarding such. However, despite the French governments attempts to subvert democratic process, those laws do only apply there I'm afraid and you are dealing internationally by being on-line =P

I was just letting you know, because some of the things you say people don't have the right to, in many countries people do have a right to do =P And you would easily run into issues...

Not trying to debate or anything, I have no interest in using anything, just trying to help you be aware *shrugs*

frenchgovernment attemps to subvert nothing.
in France our own image is protected.
Anonymous faces are blurred on tv and on magazines, if paparrazzi take a shot of someone without his/her express permission, he can make a trial and usually won.

btw in ANY country anyone has the right to use an image that's NOT THIERS if they do'nt have the permission or if it's not in the public domain, it's aninternational law.
I just express that to most people who believe "if it's oninternet it's mine!"... :headbang:

=P I was referring to, as the most recent example, the French President subverting the democratic processes of the EU parliament to enforce his own agenda with regards to certain laws regarding intellectual property. But... that's not the point anyway...

For the rest, I wasn't referring to the false belief that internet means public domain =P I was referring to fair use/fair dealing. But, yep, if you believe you've researched it enough and think you can enforce such things... have at her. =)

really french president does not have to be a leader, do not take him as an example, he's too and believe he is omnipotent & the almighty god...
