It was a rainy night, as the she-cat put the squirming kit down; now, finally safe from the outside world, in this cozy, strange, wooden twoleg den. In this den, there were many stacks of hay, as the she-cat had been told they were called. She also knew that these hay stacks, could make quite a comfortable nest, especially for her newborn kit. Quickly, she started gathering hay, making sure their weren't any clumps or lumps in it. Once satisfied with her bunch, she started forming a nest.
Upon her finishing the nest, as well as placing her son comfortably inside it, she began to hunt, as the barn was filled with juicy, plump, mice.
