This is part of Eaglemoss' Star Trek: The Official Starships Collection. They're fun magazines that come with gorgeous models of Star Trek ships that are part die-cast.
The USS Reliant NCC-1864 here is issue #11, and is a magnificent ship. It has almost all the details right, beautiful aztecing, and all around fantastic detail of one of my favourite Star Trek designs. It's a lot better than their slightly disappointing Enterprise-Refit NCC-1701 that was released in issue #2.
This shows a close-up of the top. Warning, the download is a large file! I thought it would be best to keep this one at the original resolution.

Interesting, but i believe the Diamond select electronic starship series is the definitive colllector series. I have the diamond select enterprise D and E, and on a side note, the diamond select enterprise d actually does separate into its two sections, just like in the show.
