Ella es tan rápida como un rayo que golpea el suelo en un día lluvioso, cuando crees haberla visto ya desapareció de tu vista y para cuando te des cuenta ya te robo hasta las llaves del auto. Lo último que escucharas de una risa coqueta indicando que no podrás hacer nada para detenerla: Ella es Urban Lightning.

La ley no esta exenta de ser corrupta, a veces hace falta un mal día para que un policía se vuela un criminal pero ella lo tomó como algo de su identidad, una policía que va por las calles de Playa Dorada en busca de usar su uniforme para robar y hacer más fechorías pero su mayor objetivo con las heroínas descuidadas que no puedan hacer nada ante el peso de la ley, su ley: Ella es Ley Corrupta.

"el niño que no sea abrazado por su tribu, cuando sea adulto quemará la aldea para poder sentir su calor" Un proverbio africano que ella ha tomado de forma literal. Alguna vez peleo bajo la bandera de la justicia pero poco a poco fue abandonada y dejada a un lado ya que no la consideraban para cosas importantes sino quedarse estancada a lo que hacía mientras conocidos y familiares si tenían la aprobación de la familia y siendo encontrada por un villano le convenció de ponerse del lado ganador, acabando con todos, sin dejar a nadie con vida. Como un halcón peregrino ella vagó sola por el mundo hasta que fue encontrada por un forajido llamado Black Colt y su compañera, una vaquera llamada Black Shoot y el resto se convirtió en historia al unirse a ellos. Ella es: Black Hawk.
