Well, the time has come. It takes so long to go through my messages and deviations centers that I have no time to do much of anything else, and there is laundry, cooking, work, showering, sleep, eating, feeding the dog, etc. So:

I hope you will forgive me if I do not have the time to reply to your comments or thank you for the individual faves and adds. Just know that you mean the world to me.

Well, it looks like the majority of the issues I was having have been fixed...for now. I even got a note from the "Team Reactor" requesting details of my problems. arachnid15 sure seems like a nice individual. I gave him all the pertinent details(OS, browser, extensions, etc), and got back another nice note saying that nothing on my end would be causing the problems.
Then, on Friday, I got a message on my page from Morris88 (who has a kick-ass collection of faves. I really love his "Kickapoo Joy Juice" folder, and not just for the name!). The message read:
"Colt, on behalf of Team Reactor, I'm officially assuring you that you have our attention. I personally appreciate the thoughtful detail placed into your extensive note. We may ask for a couple of minor clarifications, but be confident that direct investigation has begun.
"This is a sincere Thank You!"
My reply included the fact that nearly everybody I watch has had the same or similar complaints. So, the Team knows it is not just me, folks, but all of us.
As I said, the MAJORITY of the issues SEEM to be resolved. They still pop their little pointy heads up, on occasion, but not nearly like it was the day I could not longer find the will to deal with them. So, I will tough it out for a while longer. But, as I told the "Team", I am disinclined to re-new my subscription with the current version of dA and all of the idiotic glitches.
My thanks to all of you who left words of encouragement and love. I was needing them. That was a bad day for me with my arthritis. I have not been without pain from it for the last 12 years or so, and some days it gets rather nasty. Those days, even Aleve does not help. THAT day was one of those days, so it did not help my mood to find I could not take my mind away into the land of gorgeous, wonderful art I visit to help keep on an even keel.
(A bit tired, right now, so I hope the above made some sort of sense.
)
