Although I will photograph just about any animal I can get close to, insects and spiders are my specialty. Many people see these creatures as creepy and revolting if they even notice them at all, but viewing these tiny animals through a macro lens presents them in an entirely new light. How many people have actually seen the "face" of a tiny jumping spider, or the beautiful compound eyes of a female horsefly? I hope that my work will help people appreciate the beauty of nature's smaller creatures.

What a coincidence! Earlier today, me and a friend talked about the incredible salticidae, and its incredible variety of shapes and patterns. And here is a gallery that was worth the discovery! I'll always be watching.

Can you get a picture of the rock worm? I haven't seen one since 2008.

I find it amazing that people never notice the world around them and when you get down to small scale people see even less, your work is amazing thank you for doing it. I am now stuck in a wheelchair so cant explore like I used to but work like this keeps me in touch with the world outside
Thank you
