I still think the groom is Mario, because she was just very overwhelmed after she was just forced into a marriage with her kidnapper, and Mario and Bowser pressuring her didn’t help the situation. Also, the Odyssey-post game clearly shows that Peach forgives him, so there’s still potential for them to get together.
