After another crappy day

I just earned myself another shitty day.

I kept crying and because every time I just calmed down, someone interrupts me and I cry again (which was immature of me), even though I wanted space, I didn’t know how to say it. So then, I just came home and my mom asks me, what happens again? I cried because I wanted to improve my health on my own but it felt like I was ignored, but the truth was that I did it to myself.

I think I’ll be taking a break and I might be gone for a few hours… or until the next day.
